Corrida de Lixo & Filme Everybody

PT: O último final de semana foi um final de semana dinâmico para a comunidade surfística da ilha do sal. Houve dois eventos que marcaram o calendário. Primeiro uma corrida de lixo e depois a première do filme Everybody do Bodyboarder Edson Oliveira.

A corrida foi um evento organizada pela Associação dos Surfistas do Sal, Revolusal, em parceria com a Travel Foundation, uma organização que visa dinamizar um turismo mais limpo e melhor inserido na comunidade e ritmo local. O evento de caracter ambiental, onde o objetivo era a coleta do máximo de lixo possível durante cerca de 1 hora e decorreram na praia de Santa Maria, com uma ampla participação da comunidade local, e turistas. Apesar do forte sol que se fazia sentir os participantes demonstraram um forte sentido de dinamismo, cooperativismo, sempre com bom astral e muitos sorrisos.

As crianças tiveram a sua participação, algo importante se queremos criar novas consciências em relação ao ambiente onde vivemos e o impacto sobre ele, tendo elas coletado a sua parcela de lixo, que acreditem foi surpreendente.

Contabilizado o lixo recolhido por todos os participantes chegamos à meia tonelada de lixo recolhido na praia de Santa Maria. Todos estão de parabéns pela participação e organização do evento.

Mais à noite foi tempo para um momento de relax no espaço 32, onde o bodyboarder São Vicentino Edson Oliveira (Bitchão) fez o lançamento do filme rodado nas ondas da ilha, intitulado Everybody, onde Bitchão pretendia incluir grande parte das pessoas que praticam actividades do tipo na água, desde windsurf, Surf, Bodyboard e Skimboard. Foi uma noite agradável com boa aderência e atmosfera característica do Surf.

EN: Last weekend was dynamic for the surfers of the island community in Sal. There were two events that marked the calendar. First a run and then the garbage première of the film Everybody by the bodyboarder Edson Oliveira.

The race was an event organized by the Association of Surfing in Sal, Revolusal, in partnership with Travel Foundation, an organization that aims to foster a cleaner and better tourism inserted in the community and local pace.
he event of environmental character, where the goal was to collect the most garbage possible for about 1 hour, took place on the beach of Santa Maria, with the broad participation of the local community and tourists.Despite the strong sun that was felt the participants demonstrated a strong sense of dynamism, cooperation, always with good mood and lots of smiles.

The kids had their share, something important if we want to create new consciousness towards the environment where we live and the impact on it while they collected their share of trash, that, believe me, was surprising.
Accounted the garbage collected by all participants we got to half a ton of garbage collected on the beach of Santa Maria. All are to be congratulated for their participation and organization of the event.

Later, at night, it was time for a moment of relax in the Espaço 32, where the bodyboarder from São Vicente Edson Oliveira (Bitchão) made the release of the film shot in the waves of the island, entitled Everybody, where Bitchão intended to include most people who practice activities of this kind in the water, from windsurfing, Surfing, Bodyboarding and Skimboarding.

It was a pleasant evening with a good grip and the characteristic atmosphere of Surf.
